SynPlotter
SynPlotter is designed to visualize the syntenic relationship of a region between the GRCh38 and T2T-CHM13 human genome assembly. SynPlotter is an integrated visualization tool from our custom scripts, Mummer4 (https://github.com/mummer4/mummer) , and SAFFIRE (https://github.com/mrvollger/SafFire).

Notice: The dotplot could be generated by nucmer (v4.0.0-rc1) or minimap2 (v2.24-r1122) aligner. The syntenic relationship for chromosome Y is not available in our tool yet.
